Decision-Making Under Pressure

A team exercise for practising structured decision-making during a simulated incident — covering cyber security, physical security, personnel security, information security, business continuity, and crisis management.

For the facilitator

Throughout the exercise, you will have access to private facilitator guidance via a button in the top bar. This guidance is designed to help you lead the conversation — it is not shown to the room automatically.

  • At each stage of the exercise, a facilitator guidance button will appear in the top bar. Tap it to see what to read aloud, which discussion prompts to use, and how to frame the current phase for the group.
  • The guidance is only visible to the person running the exercise — it will not appear on the main screen. You control when to open and close it.
  • You do not need to read the prompts word-for-word. Use them as a starting point and adapt to the conversation in the room.
  • If the group gets stuck, the guidance includes suggested questions to move the discussion forward.
